We've always asked ourselves some basic questions to keep us focused when we're doing our podcast, and those are will the content be accurate, will it be useful, is it a very high quality, and are there new types of content we should offer?

Now, 15 years ago, I had the opportunity to participate in a program on improving guest experiences at the Disney Institute in Orlando, florida.

That training experience impressed upon me the need to maintain high standards, provide quality experiences and offer great guest service.

So we've used these three Disney concepts to create a plan for improvements in our podcast that we think you're really going to like.

We all like birds that look good, but they should really perform well too, so it's important that we focus on that function.
